David is the President and Broker of Secure One Properties.
In the winter of 1986, David founded Secure One Properties from scratch.
He started the business with one property, a single-family home in Agoura Hills,
and since then he has grown Secure One Properties into a successful leader in the
property management industry. In fact, he is proud that Secure One Properties still
manages its very first account!
David is involved with the growth of Secure One and oversees the daily management.
He is a seasoned Realtor and he has successfully sold hundreds of properties for
Secure One clients. David has an MBA from Pepperdine University. He also holds the
Master Property Manager (MPM) designation, a designation awarded by the National Association
of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Less than 1% of property managers in the country
have this designation. He was elected by his peers as the first Los Angeles Chapter president
of NARPM. This non-profit organization promotes professionalism, ethics, and education for
licensed property managers.
Outside of Secure One, David is an accomplished competitive rower. He has competed in
masters eight-man rowing shells in dozens of Regattas across the country and he has competed
in Henley, England several times. He frequently enjoys a leisurely row in his single scull on
the Westlake Lake. He is an avid reader and he practices meditation daily.
David currently resides with this family in the Conejo Valley, where he has lived for the past
35 years. He is proud to be a long-term resident of the community that Secure One Properties
serves and he is dedicated to making the company even better for the community.
